Having thought about it for some time, I finally decided that I needed a specific nutrition plan so signed up with Caitlin.
As somebody who has always trained regularly with a personal trainer, the diet and nutrition side has always been left to online research which can at times be very misleading and then leads to frustration when results are not achieved within a certain timescale. My nutrition plan was completely customised to myself, taking into account not only my likes and dislikes but also how to accommodate my plan around my busy schedule. Signing up for Caitlin’s program was the best thing I have done. I have been working on my lifestyle and fitness goals for just over 4 years. Being an ex-chef I was concerned the meals would be boring but the recipes Caitlin provided were easy to follow and full of flavour.
