How is my plan tailored to me?
We use variables taken from your initial consultation, questionnaire, end of cycle results and of course your feedback. Although we work from pre-designed meal ideas and exercise plans, each recipe is specifically tailored to you in terms of macronutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrate amounts) and calories. This ensures you get the best out of your plan and enjoy your journey to a healthy lifestyle.
Will I get any support throughout any of the programs?
Whilst on any of our programs you will have access to our email support service. If you have any questions about a recipe or you need help with training and motivation, we will help you! We offer email support during the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm. Outside of these hours feel free to leave a message but we will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible.
