   Apricot Energy Bite Ingredients: 
  • 1.5 cup Dried Apricots

  • 1/2 cup Raisins (see notes above)

  • 1/4 cup Almonds

  • 1/4 cup Walnuts

  • 3 tablespoon Desiccated unsweetend Coconut

  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseeds

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

   Peanut Butter Energy Bite Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1/4 cup flax meal

  • 1 tsp. espresso powder

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 5 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

   Beetroot Energy Bite Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup sprouted, dehydrated buckwheat

  • 1 medium beetroot (peeled, chopped)

  • 1 cup dates ( soaked )

  • seeds of 1/2 vanilla beans
